When should I book my airport parking Meet and Greet service?

We suggest that you book as soon as you know your travel dates as this will ensure that a space is reserved for you at our cheapest available price!

What happens after I have made my booking?

After we have taken your details, we will  send you a confirmation email including your unique booking reference number and instructions. This will follow within 10 minutes of you making payment.

How much notice do you need on my way from / to Heathrow?

On your way to Heathrow you only need call us once and give 30 minutes’ notice of your expected arrival time and we will instruct you were to meet at your designated meeting point just outside of the terminal.

On your return simply call us once you have got your bags and we will deliver your car to our designated meeting point near terminal.

How late can I make a booking?

We can accept a booking 1 hour before your departure, and if we have availability you can pay on the day.  But we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure a space is reserved for you.

If you are already at the terminal and you are looking for parking then simply call our booking hotline and we will pick up your car in 15 minutes from any terminal at Heathrow Airport.  Subject to last-minute parking accommodation fees..

How far will my vehicle be driven?

Your car is driven directly to / from our compound which is less than 4 miles from Heathrow 1,2,3.  In the event of busy periods we might move your car from one compound to our secure long term compound.

Is your chauffeur fully qualified / insured?

All our chauffeurs have held a full clean UK driving licence for more than 2 years and have a special type of insurance especially for this type of job (car jockey insurance).  We also CRB check all our staff and make sure they can speak English to a good standard.

Can I cancel my booking?

A B Booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date for which the service has been and a full refund minus £10 for administration cost will be made.  This can be done either by phone or email.  See Cancellations under T&C.

What if I return later than the booking?

You will need to pay for the additional days which is £10 a day which will be payable to the Chauffeur on your return.

If you are aware of a change in dates before you leave you should contact us and let us know to avoid any delay in returning your vehicle.

Failure to inform us may cause delay for your car to be delivered.  If you are delayed on holiday you should ring us and this will limit any delay on your return thanks.
